Larry was born and raised in Fitzgerald, Georgia. He first practiced law with Anderson, Walker & Reichert for several years before taking a position as corporate counsel for a large insurance company. With both positions, his primary focus was insurance defense, defending companies in product liability lawsuits, lawsuits involving trucking companies/tractor trailers, premise liability lawsuits, direct actions against insurance companies, and lawsuits against individual defendants. Larry's experience and knowledge in defending large corporations, insurance companies, and individuals has given him a unique perspective and advantage in representing those injured by the negligence of others and representing families when they lose a loved one. Before starting his own personal injury practice, Larry also worked at the law firm of Reynolds, Horne & Survant, handling personal injury, wrongful death, and workers' compensation claims. Larry now specializes in only representing individuals who have been seriously injured or killed by the negligence of others and individuals who have been injured on the job.
Larry graduated, cum laude, from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in 2002. Thereafter, he attended Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2006. While attending Mercer Law School, Larry clerked for Anderson, Walker & Reichert, interned with a Superior Court Judge in the Macon Judicial Circuit, and practiced law under the Third Year Practice Act in Juneau, Alaska upon completion of his second year of law school. As an aside, Larry also graduated from Ben Hill-Irwin Technical College with a welding degree while attending Fitzgerald High School.
